Cañón Antiaéreo 40 mm Bofors Flak 28
A British 40 mm Bofors anti-aircraft gun painted Humbrol No. 30 Middle Bronze Green. British anti-aircraft troops had six guns each. There were three troops to the battery, and three batteries to the regiment, for a total of 54 anti-aircraft guns. Later in the war, Bofors guns were mounted on Morris and Ford trucks, and the first battery of the anti-aircraft regiment was converted to a self-propelled anti-aircraft battery. Following the Normandy Invasion, the Allied forces enjoyed complete air superiority and the combat role of the light anti-tank regiment diminished. When an infantry shortage developed in 1944, the two towed anti-aircraft batteries of the light anti-tank regiment were converted to infantry. Modelos Disponibles
