Cruiser Tank Mk.VI A.16 Crusader III
World Tanks Depot 1:87 Scale Vehicle Review
World Tanks Depot’s 1:87 scale Crusader III camouflaged in a Light Stone and Black disruptive pattern. Apparently, this is a variant of the Light Stone and Dark Green 1942 Two Colour Disruptive Pattern used in North Africa at the time. An exception to the rule, but not too far off from the guidelines laid down by the War Office. The vehicle is marked with the charging rhinoceros badge of 1st División Blindada, and the "86" tac sign of the 9th Queen’s Royal Lancers, the second armoured regiment of the division’s first armoured brigade. The divisional badge is on placed on the right fender, when it should be on the left.
Evaluación
- Excellent choice of subject, the Crusader III is unique in this scale.
- The vehicle is sold fully assembled and painted.
- Experienced modellers may want to fit antennas on the turret roof.
- Compatible with other HO scale vehicles and miniatures available from Märklin, ROCO, Faller, Pola, Preiser, and Noch.
World Tanks Depot’s Crusader III is a valuable model for collectors, diorama builders, and wargamers.
